Homeowners are not billed by Landoverall Pest Control. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected to them. That is the whole arrangement.

Any price for the actual work is between you and the provider. Costs vary by pest, home size and how much treatment is needed, so always get a written quote first.

Red Flags to Notice

A trustworthy provider welcomes questions. Be careful if someone refuses to put a quote in writing, pushes you to sign on the spot, will not name the products they use or cannot explain what they found. Plain answers, please. You deserve them.
